Ways To Get PC, PS3, Wii, Xbox 360, etc Games For Free

Here's two ways I use to play games for free on my PC and my PS3. You can use these to play games on your Xbox 360, Wii, PSP, DS and any other console or handheld you can think of. Please pay attention to the suggestions as well.

TRICK I : RENT Before You BUY

STEP 1: Click on the banner below.

STEP 2: BTW you will need a Credit card for this. So if you don't have one go grab your dad's! As you can see, this is a free trial for 10 days. After the initial ten days, Gamefly will charge you 8.95$ for the rest of the month. So fill in the CC details and your shipping address.

STEP 3: Wait for confirmation. Its usually instant but it may be delayed at times.

STEP 4: You're all set to pick your games now!!

STEP 5: Your free trial expires in 10 days. So if you don't want to stay with Gamefly cancel your account on the 9th day to be on the safer side.

NOTE: You won't be able to signup with Gamefly ever again using the same credit card. So be 100% sure when you want to quit. I bet you wont quit Gamefly anytime soon though.

SUGGESTIONS:

I suggest you don't quit this program after your initial month. Why? Because with this service, you can get yourself the latest games dirt cheap and play them. If you really liked a game then you can buy it later.

What if you don't like a game which you've just bought off Walmart. You've wasted money. With Gamefly there is no such risk. You can play the game before buying it.

TRICK II : Get Your Free Games From Amazon

The site I'm gonna tell you about lets you buy anything from the Amazon store in exchange for the points you accumulate in your account. You can accumulate points in your account by playing online skill games, offers, visiting websites, etc.

It will take some time before you accumulate enough points but its well worth it.

I'll be adding more ways to get your free games to this post so bookmark this.

COD : Modern Warfare 2 review...better late than never

Sorry for keeping all of you guys waiting for so long. I haven't been very active for the last 6 months but I promise to keep this blog updated from now on.

So here's my latest post in six months.

If you haven't been sleeping for a long, long time you might have played the latest game in the Call Of Duty franchise. Modern Warfare 2 is not only famous because of it being the best COD game ever but also because it holds the record for the highest first-day revenue in the field of entertainment. It grossed a whopping $310 million in first-day sales beating The Dark Knight which was the previous holder.

How did it do this? Well, that's because of the extreme amount of hype that came with the announcement of Modern Warfare 2. When the preorders were online, people flocked to book their copy of Modern Warfare 2 and that alone made almost 60% of the first-day revenue. Thankfully, the game lived up to the hype.

Some of the guys who played Call Of Duty 4 might have noticed that the bad guy introduced in-game didn't show up. Well, here's where you'll finally face-off. The name's Vladimir Makarov. He's a lieutenant of Zakhaev. That's all I'm gonna tell you about him.

There haven't been many changes in the gameplay system in Modern Warfare 2, which is a good thing because I haven't seen better gameplay in any other shooter game I've played.

I don't need to say a lot about the visual in this game, do I? You'll get a sense of just how far the improved game-engine has gone at first glance, when you're thrown into the crowded streets of Rio de Janeiro, the dusty alleys of Afghanistan, the ice-capped mountain ranges in Kazakhstan, and other unconventional locales. Modern Warfare 2 is an obvious step up over Call of Duty 4 and World at War, with a stronger emphasis on complex terrain in the environs and weather effects. A lot of work has been done with respect to surroundings. Destructible objects, and the overall sense of action and chaos have been awesomely incorporated in the game-design.

Of course, they did get one thing wrong. The single-player campaign was shorter than expected. I completed the game in normal difficulty in just over 5 and a half hours. Some other gamers could do this in 5 hours only.

So overall, the game is awesome. Worth buying if you ask me. If you're still having doubts, you can signup here to rent COD Modern Warfare 2 to try it.

Assassin's Creed II update!!

Hello loyal readers!!??
I skimmed through the wikipedia page and all other places that matter to gamers like us for any other info about Assassin's Creed 2, the game everyone's waiting for.
There seem to have been a lot of changes to the new Assassin's Creed from the old one and I can tell you that we're gonna enjoy them a lot. OK, so here's what I've compiled from all other game source I could lay my eyes at.

Check out the video first:

I'll not be telling you about the plot because I myself did not read anything about it, cos' that would spoil the spirit of the game. I'm only gonna be reporting about the changes in the gameplay of Assassin's Creed II from Assassin's Creed.

First of all, since the game is set in Venice, you'll be able to drive small boats in the small rivers. Cool ain't it!! There are also several new types of weapons, like Halberds, axes and pikes. Good news for Playstation 3 owners! You can unlock 6 more weapon types by connecting your PS3 to a PSP!!!

Another major deveopment is the ability to execute dual assassinations using Ezio's dual-blades. Now you can also commit automatic kills for targets within proximity.
Assassin's Creed II also features a revised health system which has made the all the more realistic. Meaning that the 'memory sync'(remember......) will only be able to help Ezio regain a certain amount of health. For further healing, you'll need to pay a visit to the street doctors.LOL imagine an assassin being treated by a doctor!!!

There have also been several revisions in the stealth factor of Assassin's Creed II. First of all you don't need to find a group of stupid scholars dressed in white, you can hide in any crowd now. You also have a lot more scenery options to blend into.

Another great gameplay factor added to Assassin's Creed II is the fame/infamy/notoriety monitor, as seen in games like, Hitman, TES IV Oblivion and Fable. As you complete missions and assassinations, you'll be searched more vigorously. The coolest part is that, you can also reduce your infamy by removing wanted posters, killing witnesses, etc!!!! Also, just like in Oblivion, there is a day-night cycle in the game. The variety of missions you can complete at day and night will be different so this will be a much celebrated move by Ubisoft......even though they've never let us down!!!

There is also a money system in Assassin's Creed II, unlike Assassin's Creed. You can now buy weapons and hire NPCs to work for you. Now I'm not gonna name the NPCs but I can tell you that there are some really cool NPCs in-game and if you want to spoil the game, go on and check out the Wikipedia page of Assassin's Creed. Also, you can steal money and other stuff from NPCs and likewise, so can they steal stuff from you.

If you didn't see the trailer yet, then do so. From the trailer, you can see the improved parkour system of the game.......maybe Ubisoft learned something from Mirror's Edge. Anyway, the game is very attractive......and I can't wait for the game to come out.....November 17th!!!!!!

Assassin's Creed 2 coming out this November!!

Altair, now known as Ezio, is all set to hit the streets of Italy and pierce some noble hearts ,not the good noble, but the bad one's who extort money from the good people ;)

Assassin's Creed is expected to release on November 17th for PC, PS3 and XBOX 360 platform.
( nooooooooooo! PS2 is sinking!!)

After the awesome success of Assassin's Creed, Ubisoft is now under a lot of pressure from the whole world of gaming, to produce a better game in Assassin's Creed 2. That's not going to be an easy job, considering the excellence of the game-play, graphics, and other cool-features in Assassin's Creed.

Ubisoft will definitely have made changes to the first games engine. Moreover, this isn't the first time they face such pressure. Remember POP sands of time. That game changed the world of gaming in a year. Then Ubisoft came up with a totally different experience for gamers with the free-form fighting in Warrior Within. So, basically, I know the guys at Ubisoft are not fools and they are going to live up to the expectations.
